Welcome to the Docmart website owned by Comgen Health LLC, a Texas LLC (Docmart). Docmart is a marketplace where the consumer and medical service providers can meet. Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms are a legal agreement between you (User) and Docmart. By using this site or signing up for an account, you’re agreeing to all the Terms stated herein. If you disagree with any of the Terms, please do not use our website.

Changes

Docmart may change any of the Terms at any time. Docmart can modify and update any provisions of these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this Site. By using this Site after the update, you are agreeing to all the changes in the Terms, otherwise, you must stop using the Site.

The State of Texas’s laws, except for conflict of laws rules, will apply to any dispute related to these Terms or the Service. Any dispute related to the Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Service itself will be decided by the state and federal courts in Collin County, Texas, and each party will be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts.
